Maha Al-Rahbi is a Senior Sales Excellence at ‘Innovation Technical Solution SAOG’Innovateq. She has vibrant work experience and promising career paths to her credit. In her current position, she is actively involved in managing the customer communication and CRM activity on a daily bias. She is also taking care of monitoring of sales pipeline and monthly management reporting as well as customer partnership agreements.
Her previous career history, in descending chronological order, includes 5 years as Bid Estimation Specialist From 2014-2019 and Customer Support Specialist from 2016 to 2017 at ABB as she was supervising bid qualification of ‘go for bid’ or ‘not go for bid’ process and manage bid teams and inputs from all stakeholders from sales, HSE, marketing, production, finance, commercial, delivery, and legal departments. She is also involved in project handover to delivery team.
She also worked at HSBC for 8 years in three different capacities, which include Customer Support Representative from 2012-2014; Cash Teller from 2010-2012; and Data Entry Specialist from 2006-2010.
In terms of academic qualification and professional development, Maha Al-Rahbi has Diploma in Secondary Education (2003) and Accountancy Practice Course from the Vision Institute of Professional Studies (2005); Accounting Technician Certificate Course from the Vision Institute of Professional Studies (2006); Intermediate-I Course from the Vision Institute of Professional Studies (2007); and one semester-long course in Banking and Finance (2009) from the Arab Academy of Banking and Financial Sciences, College of Banking and Finance. Furthermore, she has achieved Cambridge IELTS certification and she has also participated successfully in more than 15 professional development training programs and courses in the focused areas of advanced communication skills, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, process Engineering-Kaizen ,selling and strategic marketing skills ,negotiation for success, legal contracts, quality management systems, legal auditing, contract evaluation, social auditing, environment and safety, hazard reporting essentials, road safety awareness, defensive driving, etc.
Maha Al-Rahbi has won some awards of excellence too such as ‘Customer at the Heart Award’ and ‘Excellence in Customer Service Award’ from HSBC. She is also actively involved in volunteering and social work activities in affiliation with Oman Association for Elderly Friends, United Nations Volunteers Program, Omani Association for Women, and International Union for Sustainable Development. And, above all, she likes traveling and hiking. She has a 10-year-old daughter whom she likes to spend quality time with. She is a genuine and happy person.
